Now that you know all the essentials that you need to create a full makeup kit, let's jump into how you can use these products to create a flawless makeup look.

Step1: Moisturise

The first step to getting a flawless makeup look is to moisturize your face and neck. You can use a moisturiser or primer to prep your skin. Moisturising your skin before applying makeup will help the makeup soak into the skin and make your face look less cakey and baked.

Step2: Brow Magic

After you're done prepping your skin with moisturiser, shape and draw your brows. Eyebrows are what shape a person's face. A high arch and the person may end up with an arrogant look or a low arch may give you a moody look. So, we recommend that you work on your brows next this way, even if you make a  mistake or smudge it, you can easily correct it without spoiling the rest of your makeup.

Step3: Foundation

Once you're done with your eyebrows, move on to applying foundation. Only a few drops or pumps of the foundation are enough. Pour it on the back of your hand and rub it with your fingers before applying it on your face. Apply foundation with your fingers on your face and neck, then use a brush or a makeup blender to blend it in. Make sure you apply the foundation to your neck as well so that it doesn't look unusual and blends in with your face.

Step4: Concealer

Once you're done applying the foundation, move on to concealer. A concealer goes a long way in covering dark spots or any acne marks that you may have. Apply concealer under your eyes to cover dark circles for this, make an inverted triangle under your eyes. Next, apply only a little amount of concealer on your spots and apply some concealer on the bridge of your nose as well. Blend all this in using a blender.

Step5: Eyes Shadow

The next step would be to get your eyelids glammed up. Start off with a light shade, using the eye shadow brush apply it all over your eyelids. Now, use a slightly darker shade and blend in the colour from the inner corner of your eye. If you want the colour to pop, apply some concealer on your eyelids starting from the inner corner of your eyes. Now, apply the darker shade over this. This will make your eye shadow stand out.

Step6: Eyeliner

For a more defined eye look, you can top off your makeup with a coat of eyeliner. Do a winged eyeliner stroke for a defined eye look.

Step7: Blush

After you're done with your eye makeup, move on to your cheeks. Before you apply blush on your cheeks, swipe a little setting powder under your eyes and on the apples of your cheeks. This will make your cheeks look plumper once you apply the blush. After the setting powder, take your fluffy powder brush and take a generous amount of blush powder and apply it to your cheeks in a circular upward motion.

Step8: Contour

Contouring your face makes it look more sleek and defined. For contouring, you can either go for a contour palette and contour your face with a brush or you can go for a contour stick. A contour stick would be easier to work and will give your defined strokes. Firstly, start with a dark shade and create a stroke starting from between your ear till a few inches away from the corner of your lips. Repeat the same on the other side. and blend it all in with a brush. You can contour your nose and your forehead too for a more defined look.

Step9: Highlight

An extra glow never hurt anybody. Top off your wedding glow with a touch of highlighter to make your cheekbones pop.  Swipe some highlighter with a smaller brush on your cheekbones, brow bones and finally on your nose.

Step10: Setting Spray

To keep your look intact, spray your entire face with some setting spray. This makes your makeup stay on for a longer duration and you won't need to rush to the ladies room to touch up your makeup.

Step11: Lipstick

Complete your look with applying a lipstick. Choose the lip colour according to your eye makeup, if you're eye makeup is a neutral look, go for a subtle lip shade. And if you've done a bold eye makeup with dark shades, go for a dark lip shade to balance your look.

Step12: Mascara
