The experience was good with Chabbra and they have fixed price for outfits and I had only 1 week for my event for which they provided me with the lehenga with proper alterations and they delivered the product on time and the uncle there at Chabbra was very nice.

We have done quite some shopping from here. They have an alluring collection which is really pleasing to the eyes. The fabric quality is also very refined.

This store is very high budgeted. The collection was not that great. The variety I think was bit limited. Also the services could have been better.

I had a very bad experience. I will strongly recommend everyone going to this shop to please think 100 times before going there.
Very bad customer service. I purchased two lehengas. I paid a bomb along with courier charges. They cannot even afford courier charges on their own. Such money minded and egoistic people who don't even have the courtesy to call the customer if there is a delay. After repeatedly calling them and asking them the status of the lehengas week after week, day after day, they sent only one, that too by a delay of 10 whole days. I could not wear the lehenga I wanted for my wedding. We have suffered a lot by going to this shop. They cheat people, they loot people and are unabashed about it. The second lehenga they delivered was the sample lehenga from the shop, whereas they promised us to send the newly made fresh piece. Such liars!!! The sample lehenga had the hook broken, stains on the side, dust on the bottom, fuzz balls and pilling on the hems!! Which bride would wear such a used lehenga for her wedding? That too after paying full price in advance. The owner cannot speak up and own his mistakes. He blocked my number as he had no justification. If he is really a man of conscience, he should have had the courtesy to apologize. Forget about a refund!
If you want trust and reliability, do NOT go here. They think losing one or two customers is not a big deal, but unfortunately for them, they do not know that business without ethics will ruin them.
